2018 is almost over and we want to thank everyone for making this a great year! We are always happy to create a wonderful dining experience for each of our customers. Here are a couple of great reviews our customers left us in the month of December:
“ One of the Best Meals I’ve Ever Had – The dining experience began well when we showed up early for our reservation and they seated us immediately. Our waiter was very nice. He suggested meals to go with the Brunello that we ordered and we were ecstatically happy with our meals.
The zucchini flowerets were cheesy and awesome. The breaded bone-in veal chop was perfect with the bits of greens and tomato. The four-meat ragu of lamb, beef, ribs, and something else I don’t remember was way beyond excellent. The tiramisu was probably the best I’ve had outside of Italy.
The whole experience was excellent, the Christmas Eve atmosphere with families dining together was nice. I love this place!
There’s a bar upstairs with seating on the main floor and cellar. They have a really good selection of wines.
Go, and prepare to overeat like a starving animal that has happened upon a feast fit for kings.”

“ Incredible food in the North End – My husband and I went here on Christmas Eve for dinner and it was our first time at this restaurant..the food was incredible and the portions were huge! The service was top notch and very attentive..cozy atmosphere too..highly recommend!”

“Great food, casual setting – We are regular diners in Boston’s North End and Trattoria Il Panino has become one of our favorites. The food is really excellent. It is not the biggest menu but each of the items we have tried are excellent. My husband, not a fish lover, really enjoyed the sea bass and the mushroom raviolis are amazing. We once had an over-salted meatball but that seems to have been a one-time issue. The wait staff is extremely helpful and fun – a real plus. Mihai Cotirta, especially, was helpful and had us laughing.”

“One of my very favorite restaurants in Boston – I CRAVE this food. My daughter and I started an annual trip to Boston a few years back and Trattori will be our first stop in 2019. I highly recommend the Paccheri al Ragú (Rigatoni with lamb, beef, veal & pork ragu) and the Tortelli Panna e Prosciutto (to die for!!!) We also spent several hours at the bar and found the Sangria fabulous, as was the service. Our next trip cannot come quick enough !”
